In order to be able to interpret your dreams, you must at least remember what you dreamt about.  With a pen and a paper besides you at night, jot down everything that was in your dream.  List specific events, conversations, places, people involved, the setting, time, days, and objects.  All the characteristics of your dreams will be used to construct the message that it's trying to tell you.

For example:  Falling, there were times I repeatedly dreamt about falling.  Out of mid-air, I'm falling but never reaching the bottom before I awake.  12,000 Dreams Interpreted, "Falling: To dream that you sustain a fall and are frightened means that you will undergo some great struggle but will eventually rise to honor and weatlh.  If you are injured in the fall, you will encounter hardships and loos of friends." see Edge  "Edge:  To dream that you are on the edge of anything-- achair, stairs, a bluff, or a cliff--reveals that you will soon be taking a chance, which will turn out very well for you.  To dream that you are falling off the edge of something is even better.  It means the chance you will take will better your life."

"Trust the dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity."-Kahil Gibran
